The main promise of the Getir is speed. Get what you want in minutes. We deliver goods below 10 minutes but another aspect of the speed is the basket creation time.
Case Summary
One of the challenges that users faced was having to repeatedly add the same items to their cart every time they made a purchase. This was time-consuming and frustrating, especially for users who had a lot of recurring items.
The challenge was to design a shopping list feature that would allow users to save their frequently purchased items and easily add them to their cart. The goal was to reduce the time it took to complete the shopping process and improve user satisfaction.
The shopping list feature was a success. It resulted in a 62% decrease in journey completion time and a 24% increase in the number of users who completed the journey. Additionally, the feature received positive feedback from users, with many saying that it saved them time and money.
