I turn complex systems into products that feel simple.

Staff level product designer working on B2B platforms and operational tooling. I am usually brought in when the domain is complicated, the requirements conflict, and nobody agrees on what the thing actually is yet. Currently in ad tech, on rewards infrastructure.

One platform, ten parts, cut so the teeth actually mesh. Large parts turn slowly. Small parts never stop.

Selected work

Four projects, chosen for the decisions rather than the screens.

Each one includes the reasoning, the tradeoffs I accepted, and what it changed for the business.

About

I am most useful before the interface is obvious: when the model is unfinished, ownership is split, and the team needs a decision it can build around.

My work moves between product framing, system design, and the operational detail required to ship. I stay close to engineering constraints, make tradeoffs explicit, and return after release to find out which assumptions survived contact with real use.

If the problem is genuinely complicated, I am interested.

Open to staff and lead roles in B2B and platform teams. Happy to talk through any of the work above in detail.
