I am most useful before the interface is obvious: when the model is unfinished, ownership is split, and the team needs a decision it can build around.
My work moves between product framing, system design, and the operational detail required to ship. I stay close to engineering constraints, make tradeoffs explicit, and return after release to find out which assumptions survived contact with real use.
The path
Consumer speed first, then marketing tooling, then platform infrastructure. Each move took me closer to where a wrong decision has a measurable cost.
