I interviewed a number of partner companies to understand their expectations for Live Activities. I also asked them about their potential use cases for this feature.

The interviews revealed that partner companies were interested in using Live Activities to promote events, display ongoing processes, and create timed campaigns to grab user's attention. They were also interested in utilizing this new campaign type as a long wanted in application countdown template.

I used affinity diagraming to organize the insights from my interviews. This helped me to identify the key themes and opportunities. I then used a prioritization matrix to assess the feasibility and potential impact of each opportunity.
