I've created a few sketches to illustrate potential concepts. Discussing and agreeing on visible ideas always proves effective. That's why sketching is so appealing to me. Regardless, we convened and deliberated on what may succeed, what won't, and possible challenges.

Most of our new users want to use car directly after registration. So, we made this process fast, reducing frictions. A huge time decrease between downloading app and getting approval resulted in a huge increase in conversion with 46%.
